Return Policy

If you request a refund, we will process it in the same currency used for your purchase. This service is provided free of charge. Refund requests are handled by our support team, which you can contact by sending an email to support@pandaoffice.com. We strive to respond within 24 hours to ensure a quick and smooth resolution to your issue.

In general, all customers who submit a refund request will be eligible for a refund, except in the following cases:

  1. The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  2. The refund request is not based on technical reasons.
  3. The purchased product has been successfully used by the customer.
  4. The product was not purchased directly from PandaOffice, in which case its return policy is subject to the relevant distributor’s terms.
  5. The customer wishes to return the product after purchasing a similar item from another provider.
  6. The reason for the refund is not related to the product itself but to product malfunction.
  7. The refund is requested without the consent of the payer.
  8. The technical issue can be resolved by our technical support team.
  9. The customer requests a price adjustment refund more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  10. This product recommendation does not meet your needs. PandaOffice recommends that you read the product description and use the free preview feature before making a final purchase.
  11. Refund requests due to technical issues. The customer refuses to cooperate with the PandaOffice support team for troubleshooting, refuses to provide a detailed description and information about the problem, or refuses to try applying the solutions provided by the PandaOffice support team.
  12. Unauthorized payments occurred due to credit card fraud or other reasons. If you suspect fraud or unauthorized payments, PandaOffice recommends that you contact your card issuer. Because PandaOffice partners with independent payment platforms, it cannot monitor authorization during the payment process.
  13. You did not receive a confirmation email within one hour. Normally, the PandaOffice system will automatically send a confirmation email within one hour after successful order verification. However, sometimes due to network or system failures, spam settings, misspelled email addresses, etc., the email may be delayed. In this case, please contact the PandaOffice support team.

Special Notice on the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

According to the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and applicable national consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as downloadable software, license keys, or digital accounts).

By purchasing and placing an order for our digital products, you expressly agree and acknowledge that:

1.The performance of the service and delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon successful payment (i.e., when the software license key is transmitted to your email or account).

2.You explicitly waive and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or activation of the software license has commenced.

Consequently, all sales of activated or downloaded digital licenses are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical failure as outlined in our Technical Refund Policy below.

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Purchasing the same product twice, or purchasing two products with similar functions.
  • You purchased the wrong item but did not use it, and then placed the correct order from PandaOffice.
  • You did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, and the PandaOffice support team has not provided a valid solution.
  • The software you purchased has a serious systemic technical problem, and no solution has been provided within 7 days. If you do not wish to wait for future upgrades, PandaOffice will refund your purchase price.

Please note that once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated, and you will need to uninstall the software from your computer.
