Please read this document carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and PandaOffice Limited (the developer of this product). This Agreement supersedes any prior versions of the license agreement and governs your use of the Software.
PandaOffice Limited exclusively owns all copyrights to our products.
Any person may use the scanning and preview functions of our product. Prior to purchase, you may use these two functions for evaluation purposes. Upon completion of the evaluation, you must purchase a license.
Upon registration, you will be granted an exclusive license to use our product on one computer at a time for any legitimate purpose. A separate license is required for each computer on which the Program is installed. Our registered software products may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred if the recipient agrees to the terms of this License. If the Software has been updated, the transfer must include the updated version as well as all prior versions.
No individual or company may charge any fees for distributing our products without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, you may not use, copy, simulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the Licensed Program or any subset thereof. Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate automatic termination of this License and may lead to criminal and/or civil proceedings.
All rights reserved. This Software is owned by PandaOffice Limited and is protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions.
Software Support. We will provide support via email. For questions regarding software installation and use, purchases or updates of our products, suggestions for new features and improvements, etc., please send an email to support@pandaoffice.com. We will make every effort to accommodate all reasonable suggestions but are under no obligation to do so.
Reserved Rights. PandaOffice Limited reserves the right to modify the Software License Agreement. PandaOffice Limited has the right to change the product as needed. PandaOffice Limited reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. PandaOffice Limited reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
Installation and use of our product constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, you must delete the files of our product from your storage devices and cease using our product.
