Gifify Account Deletion Agreement
Important Notice:
Deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your account is successfully deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or use this account. All personal data, including content, information, records, membership benefits, subscription plans, and any virtual assets associated with your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered — even if you register a new account using the same phone number. Please make sure to back up or manage any important information and services related to your account before proceeding. After deletion, you may register a new account, but it will be completely separate and will not retain any data or benefits from your previous account.
1. Account Deletion Conditions
To delete your account, the following conditions must be met:
1.1 You are the rightful owner of the account and have logged in to it, and the account is secure (no risk of unauthorized access);
1.2 Any membership benefits, subscription plans, or virtual assets have been fully used or you voluntarily waive any remaining benefits (once waived, these cannot be restored).
2. Consequences of Account Deletion
After your Gifify account is deleted:
2.1 You will lose access to the account and all related content, personal information such as profile details, avatar, nickname, etc.;
2.2 All membership benefits, subscription plans, and virtual assets will be permanently deleted and cannot be used or recovered.
3. User Confirmation
By deleting your account, you confirm that you are voluntarily and knowingly giving up your account and all associated data and benefits. Please ensure you have saved or handled any important information before proceeding.
4. Related Services
Account deletion only applies to your Gifify account. Any connected client services or subscriptions you have purchased separately will not be cancelled automatically. You must manage those services according to their own terms.
5. Deletion Request and Support
Please note: once your deletion request is submitted, it will be processed immediately and cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.
