Subscription Terms

PandaOffice’s products are primarily priced on a one-time basis. Unless explicitly stated, we will not charge you any subsequent subscription fees.

None of our products currently offer subscriptions, all of our products are priced on a one-time basis. If the product or service you choose includes a subscription (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual, as applicable), we will clearly inform you of the applicable fee structure and rate before purchase and will only be executed upon your consent. For such prepaid contracts, we will charge you the rate specified at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to store your payment method and automatically charge it monthly, quarterly, or annually until you cancel your subscription. You also authorize PandaOffice to process recurring payments for the duration of your subscription. Subscription fees are generally charged in advance of the applicable subscription period.

If any amount is unpaid or any credit card or similar transaction is declined or charged back, PandaOffice or its service providers reserve the right to charge any applicable return, chargeback, or other fees, in accordance with applicable law. We may change the rates for your plan at any time. We will notify you of any rate changes and provide you with the option to cancel your subscription. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included taxes or duties) changes, we will adjust the tax-inclusive price on your next billing date accordingly.

PandaOffice will charge your selected payment method (such as your credit card, debit card, gift card/code, or other available method) for any paid transactions, including the one-time payment and any applicable taxes, on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis until either you or PandaOffice terminates your subscription or otherwise terminates the subscription in accordance with its terms.
